Bugsnag Integration
The Bugsnag integration allows you to be notified when errors occur in your applications.
Create the Ready Five integration
In your web browser, navigate to the "Integrations" tab in the team that should own this integration and click the "Add Integration" button.
For the integration type, click the "Add" button in the Bugsnag box.
Give the integration a name (or keep the default) and an optional description and click "Add".
The integration is now created, and you now have a URL on this screen that you'll need in a minute. Keep this tab open and open another.
Add the webhook on Bugsnag
Each project in Bugsnag has its own integration settings. You'll need to take the following steps on each of the projects that you'd like to forward into Ready Five.
From a particular project, choose "Project settings" from the config gear.
In the "Integrations and email" section, choose "Data forwarding".
In the "Available integrations" section, choose "Webhook".
In the "Configure Webhook" modal, copy and paste the Ready Five integration URL that was created when you added the Bugsnag integration over in Ready Five.
If you hit the "Test" button, we'll create a sample incident upon receipt of that test event from Bugsnag. This step is optional, but can help you ensure things are working properly.
Then click "Save".
From the Integration Settings screen, you can now choose when you want the Ready Five integration to be notified. You can choose to only be notified when errors spike in your project or you can be notified for each error.
As long as you have one or more of those "Notify me when" options enabled, you can expect to be alerted as soon as that event occurs. You're all set!
